Not adding the Black mamba to the thunder's problem is just dumb, KD will be defended by MWP, which is a better defender than Shawn Marion. The MAIN X-Factor for the OKC this series will be Russell Westbrook, cause no point guard can match him on the other side, and Perkins, how long will his hip be good, against a big and probably the best center right now in Bynum... Hahahaha! Harden is a consistent player so he is not my X-factor. Kobe meeting up with D-Fish for the first time in their playoff lives as enemies.. Interesting story... While the X-Factor for L.A. will be Gasol, not that Ibaka can't guard him, but that size advantage and the ability to shoot midrange for that size from Gasol is an advantage and the lakers will take advantage of the post while OKC will take advantage of their Athleticism...

Yes, a shallow bench would be the Lakers' greatest weakness in the Playoffs. Maybe next year...:)

There's no depth for the Laker bench, and I think that's going to be the main reason why they might make an early exit from the playoffs.

I am a Filipina AMerican who has been working with a Filipino CHinese theater group for several months now and everything you talk about in this article I am seeing for myself, firsthand. They value hard work, they use their money wisely and they are generous. I know that sometimes the 'chinoys' are considered kuripot but when I asked my friends in the Chinese Theater group to donate to a charity project I was involved in, they did not hesistate to help out. Oh, you will be happy to know that this group is a Christian theater group and we are staging a mobile play that runs until July this year.... thanks!

Dwayne Wade was quoted as " you don't win the game in the first minute but the last". The game seems to be elusive for them in the last minute. They can't pull the trigger when it is needed. Seems like a total twist is going to happen. Nice blog CHAMP!

Can't just rest on your past laurels to keep your cutting edge. Lakers has to do a paradigm shift asap or they will just ebb away to oblivion. The gold seems to lack luster.

I'm with you on all three points P.Richard (Speed, Shooting and Coaching). There's alot of bad things going on with the Lakers when they entered the 2nd round. Pau did not play well as he used to - he was not effective guarding Dirk, leaving him almost all the time from beyond the arc. Kobe was just shooting jumpers - wasn't really aggressive dashing for dunks or even layups. I dont know, but I really felt there's no love between coach Phil and Kobe.
